We use what you send to price the work and to do it. We do not sell it and we do not market at people who did not ask.
Architectural drawings are somebody's copyright and often somebody's house. We use them to take off quantities and we do not pass them to anyone outside the quote, including suppliers, without asking you first.
Quotes that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Records for work we did are kept seven years, because Canadian tax rules require it.
We photograph our own work. Never with an address, and never at all if you would rather we did not — before or after.
