What we do with your details.

Short version: we use what you send us to give you a price and do the work. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to people who didn't ask for it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, the area you live in, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you send photographs we keep them with the quote. That is everything — there is no account to create and no tracking of you around the internet.

How long we keep it

Quotes that don't go anywhere are deleted after twelve months. Records for work we actually did are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax rules require it.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the person doing your job. We don't share customer details with other trades, we don't sell lists, and we don't run advertising that would pass your information to a third party.

Photographs of your property

We photograph work before and after, for our own records and sometimes for this website. If you would rather your property never appeared here, say so — before or after the fact — and it won't.

Asking us to delete it

Call or text 604 555 0143 and ask. We'll do it and confirm when it's done, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.
