Short version: we use what you send us to arrange a visit and quote the work. We don't sell it and we don't send marketing to people who didn't ask for it.
Your name, phone number, where the garden is, and whatever you tell us about it. If we visit, we take measurements and photographs of the garden. That is everything.
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted after twelve months. Records and drawings for gardens we built are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax rules require it — and because people come back and ask what was planted where.
Only the two of us, and a supplier if we need to order something for your garden specifically. We don't share customer lists with other trades and we never sell them.
We photograph gardens we build, for our records and sometimes for this website. If you'd rather your garden never appeared here, say so — before or after — and it won't. We never publish addresses, only the neighbourhood.
