What we collect
Your name, phone number, the address of the property and what you told us is wrong. If we inspect, we take photographs of the roof and the attic. That's everything.
The photographs
They're yours. We send you the full set and we keep a copy with the quote. We sometimes use roof photographs on this website, but never with an address, and never if you'd rather we didn't. Say so at any point, before or after, and they come down.
How long we keep it
Quotes that don't go anywhere are deleted after twelve months. Records for roofs we actually worked on are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax rules require it — and because people ring up eight years later asking what shingle we used.
Who else sees it
Our four staff, and a supplier if we're ordering material for your roof specifically. We don't sell customer lists and we don't pass your details to other trades.
Asking us to delete it
Ring 604 555 0172 and ask. We'll do it and confirm when it's done, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.
