What we do with your details.

Short version: we use what you send us to quote and to do the work. We don't sell it and we don't market at people who didn't ask.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, roughly where you live and what you want painted. If we visit, we take a few photographs and measurements. That is all of it.

Photographs of your house

We photograph rooms we've painted, for our own records and sometimes for this website. Never with an address. If you'd rather your house never appeared here, say so at any point and it won't — before or after.

How long we keep it

Quotes that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Records for work we did are kept seven years because Canadian tax rules require it, and because people ring years later asking what colour their hallway was.

Who else sees it

The two of us. Nobody else. We don't share customer lists with other trades and we never sell them.

Asking us to delete it

Ring 604 555 0164 and ask. We'll do it and confirm, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.
